[SUGGESTION] Rules Channel - Click to accept.

Hey.
So, I've already seen some "rules" channels on discord, but eh. They look kinda useless? Since it's just a channel with different icon, and nothing more.
So, I got an idea of adding a "Accept"  & "Reject" buttons at the bottom of the channel. Server Admin can write custom rules, and guests won't be able to see anything beside the channel.

    There wouldn't be much use anyways since users can always just click accept without reading the rules.
