My discord account has been locked for 1 week. Support has not taken care of me

My discord account was locked because I entered my age incorrectly, I contacted support and sent everything they wanted completely, but nobody returned to me. If there is someone authorized to read this message, I beg you to re-activate my discord, I am writing here because I have nothing to do.
