Someone used my account to message someone!

I was in a coding server. Some member dm advertised me their server, I warned the owner of that coding server about the issue in the main chat of that server(since dm advertising isn't allowed). While at the same time some other member was talking to the owner in the same channel, I don't know how but someone dm'ed one of my own server invite link to the other guy who was online in that channel with my account.

Simply, what happened was someone accessed my account and dm'ed someone something that I didn't do...

It sounds like the perfect revenge the guy can take on me for reporting him, my account is accessible only to my pc (which I was using)  and my phone (which was currently beside me).

The guy I reported is     _dast.py#4290
The guy I managed to dm is      Mr¤KayJayDee#8961

It is too scary, am scared to use discord now, what if my screen is being monitored by some hacker? I can't do stuff on my pc, cause I am too scared now! Please help solve this issue!

    Your account might have been hacked. Change your password and email that'll sign you out of ll other sessions. Also activating 2FA can help too.
