Discord has not responded via email

On December 15 my account got disabled for putting the wrong age, as a joke, I set the year to my age to 2013. Then it kicked me out of my account. On December 15 I sent an email showing proof and discord support has not gotten back to me. I would like my account back, please :)

It's been a while, my ticket t number 10519930 if that helps at all
