My account was disabled as soon as I arrived from a party, help me

Well, yesterday (December 18th), I went to my friend's birthday party (I left home at 10:30 am) and stayed away for 5 hours (yes, in my country, the parties that start on the day take a long time) a lot, I don’t know in the USA it’s like that too), I got home around 3:19 pm and went to take a shower, since I was in the party pool. Anyway, when I went to enter my discord account, my account had been disabled! I went to check the message box and I have a surprise ... It was written in the email that my account was disabled for fraud! Since I spent most of the time away from home, if the discord is monitoring, you can see that I didn't lie, I tried to contact email support since yesterday and no answers, I'm nervous because I have my schoolwork and study projects saved there> - <.
