Increase the limit of 16 rules maximum for the membership screening feature

Hello !

I would like to suggest an increase in the limit of 16 rules maximum for the membership screening feature
Some of us can easily reach the 16 rules, I am thinking in particular of rp servers

  Same with me I was continuing to add rules in Membership screening but because I've more than 16 rules in my server (48 rules) but at the 16th rule and I told me I can't add more than 16 rules.
