My account got hacked. 4 Tickets over three days, no replies.

Dear discord support.

On monday morning, i woke up and first thing i do is check my discord. I wasnt logged in, I immediately checked my email and saw two emails. "Your password has been changed" and "Your email has been changed". I was shocked because i had a lot of sensitive info on that account and a lot of friends. Naturally i made a ticket, waited two days, but to no avail. I made two tickets on tuesday, still no response. I was used to the 2-3 hour reaction time for the last time i sent a ticket. It was someone who sent gore and i reported them, they got banned two hours after. In total i made 4 tickets over a span of three days. But no replies at all.
A reply would be appreciated, tag and original email are inlcluded.

    I did that too my bro and really no respon my account has nitro ans many stuff personally woked up on my email changed and i didnt do that
