So I need to know what discord guilds are and what they do. I was inviting someone to my server and they couldn't join. At first I thought she was banned somehow. So I went to unban her but it told me she wasn't banned, then I checked my Audit log and sure enough she was never banned. She then sent me a message saying that when she tried to join this message would appear at the bottom of the screen "The user is banned from this guild". How do I fix this so they can join the server?

  Yes I have, and it say's she's not banned

  Alright. A Discord Guild, is another name for a Discord Server. Your best bet would be to go to the link attached and create a support ticket on either “Help and Support” OR “Bug Reporting”
