I love the new server screening feature!
 
A suggestion I have is to perhaps remove permissions to send out friend requests to people who haven't accepted the rules, to avoid spam. I am aware that these individuals are not able to send a message to any random people prior, but maybe something to consider perhaps?

    This would make an excellent addition to the screening function. Bots joining in a raid fashion on some servers is getting out of hand.
