J4J/Account disabled

Increoᴰᴹ ᴹᴱ ᶠᴼᴿ ᴬᴰˢ

Is j4j or join for join against ToS??? I'm asking because i read the whole ToS and didn't see anywhere that j4j is not allowed. Then why did my account get disabled for doing j4j too fast??
If anyone can help me out then please do.

    I dont think it is, as far as I have read the rules, you may get warned but account disable is weird
