Locked from discord.. please fix this.

Im locked from discord. I literally stepped away from my computer for ten minutes, and when i came back, this showed up: 

During the pandemic, discord has been quite literally my only form of communication with my friends. I dont have a phone to verify with, and now I am completely locked out of my account. Can anyone help?

  I can help you, that happened to me anyway, that thing comes out because most likely you did not start cesion, the only way is to start a cesion

  I have not had this problem before but you can try using one of your 8 digit authentication code to verify if you have that.

  What do you mean by "cesion?" I cant sue a parents phone number, and i havent saved any of my codes

  Is there a way to get a online Phone number that is free so i can get into my account?
