New system for TOS violations
Discord needs a new system for handling Terms of Service and Guidelines violations. My normal account was recently disabled for reasons I have yet to learn, and I'm waiting for an appeal to go through to reactivate it.
In the meantime, I would very strongly prefer if this never happens out of nowhere again. Not only does it leave questions unanswered about why someone's account got disabled, but someone who this happens to can't contact people on their servers to tell them what happened. I own a couple of RP servers that I was planning to revive, and now I can't contact the people who were there to tell them what happened. They could be waiting for a message that might never come to them if my account doesn't get re-enabled.
There's gotta be a better way to handle terms of service violations without just outright disabling someone's account the first time they accidentally break even one of the rules!
Implement a three-strike system or something. Just tell people when they break a rule the first time, and let them off with a warning. Don't just disable an account the first time they break a rule. Speaking for myself, I'm betting the majority of the people whose accounts get disabled have absolutely no idea what they even did to get their accounts disabled in the first place.

If only the members of Discord Support actually read through the comments and listened to the valid complaints about how poorly their regulation for "TOS Violations" is.
