Backup Ownership

Recently my account was hacked and my server deleted in the process, as the hacker attempted to deactivate my account. I think having an option to have a __Back up owner__ would be an ideal fix. If something happens to the owner or they leave in a fit of rage the server isn't completely lost and the back up owner gains ownership. I just feel there needs to be something in place to help protect servers themselves or maybe have the 14 day deletion of the server on a 14 day countdown as well.
