Read The Pins In Membership Screening (Feature Request)

Some servers have lots of information in pins. One of these servers is Discord Testers. It has lots of information in pins and it's kinda annoying saying "read the pins". So why not add reading the pins as a requirement in membership screening. Simple but effective.
