Why I have a limit of how much I can change my avatar in a short period of time?

 I Think this limit, I have to change my avatar in a short period of time, the most USELESS IDEIA EVER, I never saw this kind of thing in ANY site or ANY system, like... why I can't try different avatars to see the best one, that fits the best in that tiny little pic? I can do it like 3 times and then... BAM! I can't keep changing because someone thought, THAT THIS WAS A EXCELENTE IDEIA! The worst part is, that I can't even know how much time, I need to wait until, I keep trying other pics...

 I would be very grateful, if you guys could remove this limiter...

    agreed. the cooldown is 10 minutes btw. never understood why, of all sites, there's a cooldown for changing pfps. plenty of times i want to try out pfps but im reminded of the cooldown so i just have to wing it 💀
