Staff note system

I could think of a function when writing a note on a member so you can set in permission that staff / mod can see the note on the members.

Example if I write a note on a member: 'Spam note 21.nov.20' in note so those who have permission could see that note, Example Staff.

Know of several who could have imagined that function.

as one wrote: If it was any option to make 'admin' notes, where members in certian role can see the same notes thats have bean nice.

there is something that I want to address, then we'll see if more people hang on.
