Wrongly Disabled Account [Need Discord Staff ERGENT]
Before you read the following I would like to bring this to your attention that I demand this is taken seriously as it has put me under a fair bit of pressure & anxiety. Main reason being, I run an dedicated private game server which the community is held together using discord. These game servers have an expensive monthly cost for me to be paying out.
My discord account under SuspectGaming1@outlook.com has been wrongly accused of violating discord’s Terms Of Service. Quote “Your account was involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine”. The list of possible reasons my account was disabled are in-accurate as I know for sure I’m 100% incapable of executing such thing as hacking in any way shape or form. Any additional information you would like me to provide you with to provide my innocence I’m more than happy to present you you with a reasonable standard.
I would like some sort of investigation to the reports and a thorough description of exactly what lead you to the decision of wrongly disabling my account. If you are lazy and decide not to push towards making an effort to helping seek justice I would at the least request my discord community server transferred to a new discord account so I’m able to keep my community thriving.
PS. Although I'm still wrongly accused, I have a feeling this maybe the reason but a misunderstanding. "account or credit card cracking". I tried purchasing nitro multiple times and the payment failed multiple times, this was becuase I failed to remember my old card which was actually frauded over new years (Which I can get an official report from my bank) and my card was cancelled but still linked up to my discord account. I know your system has a history of false banning people for accidental auto detection of things.
FYI, I've made a ticket support request about this and keep getting the same automated message by Clyde Bot.
