Discord support...suck My account banned for nothing

My account was disabled because I reportedly gave a fake debit card. Which is absurd. I got a discord nitro with xbox game pass. After that my account got banned ... I wrote to support for clarification on this. Unfortunately only their funny bot replies "Clyde "XD. Please help. I want to get back my account on which there was some disagreement
