Make certain Discord server members UNPINGABLE by certain roles

I'm a content creator who uses Discord for speaking to my community along with business work. To me, a ping = important. To some, a ping = please give me your immediate attention.

There are already ways to make certain discord roles unpingable, so why not individual members? It would save so many people a lot of hassle along with making 1 less rule in Discord servers, "Do not ping "@XYZ,"  Regardless of this rule there are many people who break rules, rather accidentally or because they're pricks. Plus, even if a moderator of your Discord removes the message- You're still left with a ghost ping. Even worse.

The only solution for this is an option to disable certain roles from pinging certain members.
