Discord Support Team

Hi there. 

Recently my friend got his account stolen by someone. Their account had quite a lot of friends added, and the person that stole his account is using that to their advantage and black mailing them. 

Frantically, they sent in a discord support email to get their email reverted back to it's original, and it has been nearly a week without a response.

All that we've received so far are automated bot messages. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive an email?
