Weird server wide glitch.

Ok so i have a well maintained server with about 150+ members, i have an alt account added in the server so i can have a perspective of a regular member, I noticed that in the invites channel(where all the invites are logged, i mean who invited who) i was not able to see message history. so i checked the perms for that channel on my main account(owner account) the perms where all ok, i mean normal members were allowed to see message history, but some how my alt account was not able to see the message history, so just out of curiosity i made another alt account and joined the server and weird enough, now i was not able to see any message history in the welcome channel but at the same time i was able to see the message history in the invites channel i mentioned earlier. and not only that, i noticed that normal members were able to send messages in channels that they weren't supposed to, i know that this messing up of perms happened recently cause if it was old, then i am sure people would have messaged in those channels considering i already mentioned that my server has 150+ members, now you may think that some admin or mod messed with the perms, well let me tell you, i took a look at the audit logs not only recent audit logs but the whole fricking list and even checked individual audit logs of every mod and admin, there was nothing!! i also checked my own audit logs in case my account was hacked but still nothing, i mean we cant delete the audit logs right!! after some time everything was back two normal i was now able to see the message history about which i mentioned earlier.
i mean man this glitch is creepy.
