Adjust the overload of notifications on discord

We need to find a solution so that everyone receives fewer notifications, it is very very common to see people who put themselves in "do not disturb" because of this and who have 8000 notifications on their discord application.
I propose to make sure that when we create a server, the notification parameters are in "Only @mentions" instead of "All messages", and to make known the function which allows to disable @everyone in certain servers, and to make sure that when someone receives a lot of notifications, to offer him to deactivate everyone in the servers he wants
