[FR] sort server management emoji list by frequency of use

subject line says all, but basically if you could have the server emoji be listed not by order added, but sorted by frequency of use that would be ideal for pruning unused emoji.

  Maybe go nuts and give the user the option to specify ranking emojis by most used over the last week, month, and year.
