Account suspensions due to ToS violation.

Over all, Discord's system of "Safety" and "Trust" is a non viable biased system. I recently got my account banned due to "Gore, animal cruelty and/or content intended to shock others".

The main issue is the unfair suspensions without any way of recovering Ownership of servers and backup of friends. I admit I have sent some videos that may be shocking to a few people, but overall they weren't creepy at all. I have seen people who have openly admitted to own and distribute CP (child p**n) on Discord without any type of repercussion whatsoever; all the videos I send are to close online friends who I have high trust with and have no problem with sharing the videos. I have been sent videos of suicide, gore, cruelty while I am the one who must take the fault for it.

I would highly appreciate it if the support team wasn't actually a bunch of lazy people who don't answer or evade questions, and that at least offered a way of acquiring a back up of your friends list
