Absolute focus mode

As someone with ADHD, I get incredibly easily distracted. As a matter of fact I'm supposed to be sending in job applications but i cant let go of this thought. To get straight to the point i wish there was a focus mode where it completely disconnects your account from even receiving messages from anyone while in this mode. it will not ping or pop up any numbers and if someone tries messaging you they get an automated response that the message will be received once focus mode is turned off. This way I cant get distracted thinking oh il just check what that person wrote or this. because if i close down discord it goes to my phone. and i don't wanna go on my phone cause then il play games. you get my dilemma here?
