Account disabled for something I didn't do

I recently noticed that my account has been disabled. My guess is that it was caused by a server I own that allows people to sell items to other people. As far as I know, this is not against the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. In the rules, I specified that you can not sell anything against the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, however, some people did end up selling these items. I tried to ban these people as soon as I saw them, and I never sold anything against the Terms of Service, but the reason for my account ban was because I was "involved in selling credit cards" and other illegal things that I didn't actually do. Is it in any way possible for me to get my old account unbanned? And if so, what can I do to avoid a ban like this in the future? Thank you for your help!

    Nope, they just kept sending me automated responses saying that my ticket was reviewed and they wouldn't restore my account. Just been using this new one since then. I don't think they restore accounts under any circumstances
