How to create a new ticket (where to type -anew)

Hello, I am contacting a bot in discord and it sends me this "I am the support bot for Battlefield Agency. Type -anew on the server to create a new ticket." Now where I should type -anew, I typed it to the bot, and it sent me the same message, please help!
