My account was deleted unfairly, and Discord is ignoring my emails.
Hello everyone,
I have decided to post this here directly for the issue I was having since my friend "Yarn-Wolf", already spoke to "Mathew", one of your employees.
I wanted to talk to you about a suspension put on my account over a huge misunderstanding, hence why I was attempting to email you.
Recently, there was a huge exploit or "hack-wave" going around, which caused people to join inappropriate and racist servers, which they weren't invited to in the first place, meaning they were forced into those servers. Those people also would carry one and the same custom status message with the invite link to that server, which proves that I wasn't the only one who was involved in this.
It seemed to have stopped after a while, so I didn't really bother with it anymore.
And suddenly, a day after the incident, I was suspended from using my Discord account while I was tabbed out, watching YouTube in the morning, so I was confused and contacted the Trust & Safety Team directly through the contact page. A few hours later, I received an assumingly automated message from "Clyde" telling me that I was suspended without a chance to appeal and explain the situation to you.
I have also tried to contact you through Twitter, yet was told to contact you through your contact page again, which did not work.
The following attachments, that I have added onto this email are evidence, of the exploit affecting more people than just me, and my friend attempting to contact your staff members

That I have already tried to contact customer support, and that your auto-responder is answering me. I have no chance to contact you because of this.
