Creating New Accounts

Discord I have been reporting nitro scams a lot now and most of the time I report the owners as they are the only ones who get banned and most of the time the owners are alts who know that their main account is safe. I want you to do something where it is harder to have a discord account like having to have a phone number to logging it will help reduce 13-year-olds and it will stop people from creating new accounts. Or set up an IP ban or something?? Or a limit of accounts you can have
