Phone Number is on a Different Account

Hello, so I made the stupid mistake a couple months ago of allowing my friend to use my phone number for his verification since his phone was locked. Now, I cannot add my phone number to my account and when I try to join severs that require Phone Verification. I can’t even join them. If someone could please help me out that would be wonderful. P.S. me and that friend don’t talk anymore and we’ve blocked eachother due to a bad argument. Thanks.
