My account has been disabled for spam for no reason.

On the 12th I made a claim to recover my main account but I have not received any further response.

I only use discord to talk to a co-worker and send him links to videos he needs to download, talk occasionally on forums and little else. My last activity was on the official Fortnite Hispano forum looking for someone to play with.

I have not spammed or anything like what is indicated in the message of the reasons, it is a clear mistake and I hope I can fix it because in discord I have some conversations that I would not like to lose.

I would like to know the exact reason, as the only thing I can think of is that it's due to a bug. I don't think they have correctly checked the data confirming my ban.

Check on the official Fortnite Spanish forum for a message like "1v1 boxf eu". This message is something usual that is written in one of the channels to look for people to play a 1v1 game with in the boxfight game mode, but no way I put it often enough to get banned. Maybe the system has detected that on several occasions (but with days weeks or months apart) I have written that style of message, but I have never copied and pasted it several times in a row. And I repeat, it is a usual way to communicate in that channel to write what you are looking for, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 or whatever, what happens that in my case I usually play only 1v1.

Another option is that this last month I have been working as a video editor for a youtuber and I have attached the links to him via our private chat.

Finally, I would like to add that 2 weeks ago some Russian groups started appearing in my profile as if I had joined, which I never did because I am Spanish and I don't understand Russian. Every time they appeared I left them but the next day they used to appear again. These last few days I didn't see them anymore but the day before yesterday I found it strange that when I logged into my account you asked me to confirm my phone number and password to be able to access, something that had never happened to me before.
Also, 2 days ago, several tweets related to bitcoin appeared on my Twitter account that I never posted. I guess because my account was stolen. I don't know if it is related but I add it as additional information in case it can help to recover my account. I tell you, my last activity was writing in the Spanish Fortnite forum, "1v1 boxf eu" which may have been detected by mistake by the system as spam, and if by chance there are other messages I assure you that they are not mine and probably due to the same thing that happened in my Twitters, in fact if you check the IP or the address from which the message was sent you will see that I am from Spain.

I'm serious, check manually that there is no misuse or spam, I use discord for work and I can't lose certain conversations.
