Location of loggin

Hello i have question is that normal there in couple of days when im login my account need to authorize because it changes location, when im seeing this every like fourth login it show me login from different spot of our Republic. Example: you new adress is in Prague other days you new adress is in Brno, but im living at the same place, without changing my location.

    🐝I have been unable to use Discord from the beginning as my IP address is always incorrect for some reason. My IP address is my phone hotspot. I have attempted to msg Discord 2x with no results, my email is full currently but will try again in a few days. I am not constantly online. If they would text my number, it would be better. Thank you.
