Server Termplate

Dear discord,
Please may you make an update for server templates that nobody can make a template except the ownership or make the everybody with an adminstration role can make a template but before that he needs to ask the ownership because I swear to god it's a problem I was working hardly on a server for 5 or more days and one of my admins copied this server by making a template then they all get out of the main server and went on to the template.

ex:
Admin- I want to make a template for this server
Discord- A message has been sent to the ownership, Wait till he accept
Ownership- I accept/close this template
