Server Integrations Missing

Been back n forth with support for a week now. No fix. Everytime I try and make connections for twitch and YouTube integration, the option disappears from my list. I've tried fresh installs. I've tried PTB&Canary builds. I've tried other servers, other accounts to connect, even tried other discord accounts. All have the same issue. The connected accounts are listed on my account settings but no options appear in the server settings. I've even tried to make the connections from the server integrations rather than the account connection settings. Connection runs then disappears. Anyone else have a fix?
