"Something's going on here" Error
So about an hour ago, I was greeted with a screen that said "Something's going on here" and it asked me to add my phone number to my account. But the thing is I do not own a phone, so I tried using my dad and mom's phone to verify but it literally said "Invalid number" for both of them.
I'm thinking that i'll never get back into my account and I've contacted support and still awaiting a response. I don't get why Discord would think I am a bot when I literally am a moderator inside of a server with almost 400 members and #2 on the MEE6 leaderboard aswell as being the most active person.
This really frustrates me as Discord is literally my only platform for communication and I am a very active Discord user and the fact that Discord thought I was a bot is just stupid.
I kinda wanna just see this feature removed. I've never knew this even existed until now and I am just very stressed about it.
Please Discord, lift this thing off of my account.

Yea, I am going through the same thing. 5 year old account and this thing locks me out, expecting me to have a phone number. No other way to verify or lift the lockout. Support closes any tickets after a generic bot response. I am trying to delete my account so I can try to remake it and cut my losses, but I can't access the account deletion setting because I'm locked out, and discord support won't answer any requests for deletion.

Same problem here, 4 year old account and its flagged for seemingly no reason, no vpn or anything.

"I'm thinking that i'll never get back into my account" its because you wont. they hold your accounts hostage until you give up your private phone number and associate it with your account, you know how common sense says never randomly give out your phone number or ID? discord will randomly ask you for both, 1st one if you get locked out of your account forever, 2nd one is when somebody reports you of being 13 years old. Just dont bother and make a new account or just find a way to delete it and switch platforms. the supports full of botted script responses.

i'm experiencing the same thing...i've been on Discord for 2 years and it just gave me this screen suddenly with no warning

I was kindly greeted with that screen this morning, and it sucks. I'm am a very active discord user, I moderate 5 servers, this isnt okay. I have so many people I need to reply too. This is annoying because discord is my only way to communicate with people, and I do not have a phone/phone number. I want my account back.
