Server Counicil

I feel this would be great to have! So basically you create a server and at the moment there can only be one owner. But if discord could add something like to where you can basically split to your how ever many people you want obviously there would have to be a limit, but the one who created the discord is the only one who can hand this out. This would allow if a owner of it went currupt out of the three there could be a vote and if both of them voted him out he would lose his ownership of the server.
