I Co-Own a Server and the Owners account got disabled. Am I able to Transfer the server to my account?

I Co-Own a Server that Sells products designed to be used on Roblox. The Owners account recently got Disabled and many people are Bummed from it. Fellow Co-Owners of the server are also Worried about the Server since the Server does make Profit. Is there a way I can get the Server Ownership Transferred to me?
