A user named 9254#3370 made a bot named Aimee (I don't remember the hash) and ruined my friend's server. Where can I report this?

  Hello! All My discord server was a victim of hacking. First, hacker came to my server. And he connected a couple of bots to my server, which removed all the channels and all the roles on the server! Here is the first

  How do these guys got the perms to add bots? Also, may you give me the ID of the to ban them?
