Seperate Prune from Kick (Permissions)

This is a serious issue i've only realized recently and I would like to address it. Pruning is a function that comes with the "Kick" permission. It allows anyone with the perm to instantly kick a massive amount of players. I recently acquired a mod position in a medium sized server with about 3,000 users and I noticed that one simple prune could take out at least half that population. In the event that a mod goes rouge, or more likely, gets their account compromised this could be a huge problem.

Cutting to the chase, what am I asking for?

Separate the prune permission from the kick permission.
