Blacklist or whitelist emotes

I'd suggest a feature to create a blacklist or a whitelist for external emotes from different servers. Sometimes certain emotes can be really annoying or you just want people to be able to use certain emotes, but currently, you can only disable or enable using external emotes completely. You could also whitelist or blacklist full servers and their emotes.
