Stage Channels Video Chat and Screen Sharing

At this very moment stage channels seem already very restricted as I cannot share my screen

It would open the use of stage channels a lot and make them versatile

    The only thing keeping me from running online virtual events for conventions and such on the Discord platform is this. If I can have a larger capacity of people watching a user's video, I could have presenters give panels, feature artists to show their wares/methods, etc. 

    I think this is a great feature with a step in the right direction for making Discord more than just a super viable gaming social platform.

    Yes please! I was so excited to hear what it can do and then so disappointed that it didn't allow me to share a screen or even turn on a camera

    The point of this feature is to present is it not? Most presentations aren't just audio, they are also video. Not sure how this fell through the cracks? Such an awesome idea on the surface with such poor execution. Can we get this fixed ASAP so we can use this feature?

    Agreed, I have been waiting for something like this. I am very excited to see if Discord will incorporate this into their next update. It would make it a lot more handy for things like movie nights, or just a simple lesson. I thank Jaden for bringing this up as I would never go through enough effort to click a few extra buttons to make this post.

    This should be added by default, if users do not want this feature in their discord then they can simply just ... turn it off....

    +1 here. That was the first thing that came up to my mind when I heard about stage channels. Speakers should have option to share their screen or at least stream video from camera, that would make sense
