Is discord support run by bots?
I don't want to insult the discord staff, but no offense, do you actually employ people in the support section, or do you just send an automated reply to everyone who sends you a message?
My account was deactivated 1 month ago and I sent them 2 messages first. The response to the 1st was borderline useless and just said that I got deactivated. They didn't respond to the 2nd one, not even after 2 weeks. I then sent them 2 messages: no response. Yesterday I sent them a message labeled with URGENT and kindly asked them to actually read my email because I believe there was a misunderstanding. And what do they do? They reply again with a goddamn automated message, yet again saying that I got deactivated. I asked them *what precise event* lead to me being deactivated, and yet they wrote at the end of the email "If you have any questions as to what behavior resulted in your account being disabled, please refer to that email." And guess what: my account got deleted like 30 minutes ago.
Like I'm sorry to say, but discord's support is a dumpsterfire, and I'm inclined to say that a computer scammer would help me before any discord support member would. They are. Useless. They do not read the messages they receive whatsoever and just send automated messages because they're too lazy to actually bother. What's the point of taking 30 days to delete an account if they never reinstate them in the first place? It just gives them a facade of how they care and don't want random people to get banned, but it's obvious that they don't give a shit.

it happened to me too, i joined a fake vanity url server without knowing it violated discord's tos because i used the join server gui and couldnt see the server name or icon, and discord didnt even read my appeal they just said my account got disabled for hating a community (which is funny because i didnt know i hate myself my family and almost everyone that i know)

I sent an urgent support request for my privacy, and Clyde just told me to send a support request. I don't get it and I'm still worried about my privacy.
EDIT: Oh, I put it in the wrong category.
