Two-Factor Authentication with just phone number.

I don't like having to use a random authentication app for my Two-Factor Authentication, especially when I already have my phone number set up for that same purpose, but I can't use my moderator powers on some of the servers I help with without having one of these apps. I want my phone number to count as Two-Factor Authentication.

  Because I dislike using a random app (both google authenticator and authy that Discord says to use have kind of low review ratings which doesn't make me all the comfortable with the apps integrity in any way) when my phone number should be good enough to allow me to moderate on the channels.
