Changing and Retaining Nicknames from previous posts.
It is possible to have multiple nicknames associated with different servers I understand. I would like to be able to change my nickname within a server, but not change the name applied to previous posts. If it was an option such as the ability to change nicknames as a member of a server, it would be possible for a server owner to run multiple nicknames shown as separate people. This would be an interesting function that could allow a text based post to be seen as though it came from another person. It would help people run a text based role-playing game, where comments would seem as though they were from different people. But again it could be a server setting allowing bigger servers to stop people from creating confusion.

There could also be a drop down menu of previous nicknames.

The setting could read: Change the nicknames associated with previous posts Y/N

There might even be a way to do it, by adding a setting that adds the ability to have multiple server members with the same profile id. They could just use different nicknames that could be selected from the member list.

Or we could just be able to change the name associated with individual posts.
