Please ask permission first for Steam integration and autostart

I installed the desktop client in Windows because push-to-talk doesn't work in a web browser when it doesn't have focus. This needs to be fixed, perhaps with a browser addon.

I noticed the desktop client was sharing my Steam activity and autostarting on my PC without asking me. I never enabled those in web version before I installed PC version, but they were turned on again.

Please set it up so it asks permission after installing for these things, instead of assuming permission.

Dialogs in the same style it used to set up my own channel when I set up my account would do nicely. Force the user to make the choice before letting them use the application: "Yes you can share it"/"Not now".
