Individual Notification Whitelisting

What I mean by this is setting users to a list that overrides your server notification settings, so you’re able to have a server muted and only be notified when that specific user makes a post or is in a voice channel. I think it’d be useful for not only keeping up with what your friends are saying, but monitoring users who have broken rules and you want to keep an eye on. My apologies in advance if someone has already made a post on this and I missed it.
