Suggestion: Owner of server can ban pings

I think there should be an option for owners or certain roles in servers to disable pings for lower roles or certain channels. This would help keep certain servers in control.

    Idk if your aware, but discord has a way for you to manage what pings you recieve from servers.
    You can use it to not recieve any notifications from servers, or remove certain role pings.

    As of now there is no way to mute a 'specific' ping, instead just a catch all for every ping.
    Only other option that I haven't been typed is to not use the ping.

    Admins can disable pings, or you can do this yourself.

    Just go to the server's settings, (such as right clicking the server, or tapping on it's name when you're looking at it's channels and press the "Notification settings button.

    From here, you can set:

    • If you want pings from the server
    • If you want to be pinged from @everyone, or @mention
    • Ping settings for specific channels, including the two points above.
