offline notification when disconnected

It would be very practical if users could get email when one notify them (or mention role) and they re disconnected from DISCORD. For now, it only works when you re connected... but some users are not using discord this way, specially when they are no gamer whatsoever... just people in some sort of really well done internal chat. Too bad we cant option this ...
