Why The Membership screening Not Working Just Loading

From Three Days I activated The COmmunication in my server I went to server security to add Membership Screening but it kept loading and tell now it did not open

    I just tried to use something and it actually worked:
    Try this (for windows):
    1 - close discord at all (check with task manager)
    2 - use win + r and go to %AppData%
    3 - delete the discord folder
    4 - do the same but go to %LocalAppData%
    5 - delete the discord folder
    6 - restart computer
    7 - reinstall discord with this link: https://discord.com/api/download?platform=win
