When a user's account gets deleted which also has ownership in a group chat

QUACK
So I have a group with few of my friends and the owner of the gc's account got deleted and the deleted account is still sitting with ownership in the group. Please add an option to claim ownership or it randomly gives someone. Please don't mind my grammar mistakes, English isn't my mother tongue😅

    If the owner of a Group Chat I am in is banned, I would be more concerned about my safety than about the Group Chat itself.
